CROSS-TRAINING CAMP

Designed for active youth athletes looking to improve their Confidence, Strength and Athletic Performance.

HOW TO PREPARE:

Athletes should wear climate-appropriate athletic clothing and athletic shoes

Bring a water bottle

Athletic mat or Beach towel

Healthy snack if needed

Get lots of rest and eat a nutrient dense breakfast prior to each day of camp

Camp Description

Growing athletes who play soccer, basketball, football, baseball, volleyball, lacrosse, swimming, track, golf and more will love the variety of this camp. They will be challenged with both individual and team activities centered on the building blocks of the balanced athlete. The novice and specialized player alike will be challenged to reach their individual potential.

The Atomic Athlete Experience provides the structure for active kids to develop performance gains, injury resilience and overall self-confidence all while having fun.

Performance gains are measured with standard performance testing geared toward developing an athlete's intrinsic motivation.
